2. Coaching Style

My coaching is relaxed, friendly and structured. I want every golfer – especially juniors and new players – to feel comfortable, understood and confident.

I tailor each session to how you learn best, using simple language, clear visuals and fun, practical drills. I encourage players to establish goals for the lesson and longer term, understand why they matter, and I recommend ways to practise between sessions to support overall progression.

The focus is simple: build solid fundamentals, grow confidence, and create long-term progress that feels enjoyable rather than intimidating.

3. What a Lesson with Leah at TeeGo London Involves

Our first session is a great way to start understanding a baseline of where your game is at. We begin with a simple Q&A about you, your current game and what you feel needs improving.

From there, using the TeeGo Game Evaluation System and TrackMan data, we can analyse your swing and general skills to create a clear picture of your game. This helps us understand your strengths and prioritise areas of learning so you can gain the quickest progress.

After lesson one, we’ll have a clear understanding of how to structure your lessons. This will involve ensuring key elements of your technique are functioning well, including:

  • Set-up and fundamentals (grip, posture, alignment and balance)

  • Movement patterns that match your body and ability

  • Quality of strike and control

  • How to transfer these skills onto the course with confidence

4. Your Roadmap to Improvement

Hours 1–4:
Build confidence and core fundamentals. Understand your key focus areas and see quick, early wins.

Hours 5–8:
Strengthen movement patterns, improve strike and control, and expand your skills (or your child’s) across the bag.

Hours 9–12:
Apply skills under pressure, learn how to score better, and build routines that hold up in competitions, school golf or family rounds.

Every roadmap is personal – built around age, goals, experience and how often you can play or practise.
