2. Coaching Style
I understand that every golfer is different, with unique physical capabilities and learning styles.
Using proven methods paired with each player’s personality and skill level, I create a tailored path to improvement.
My goal is to make every golfer feel like the most important person in the moment — providing focused attention, detailed follow-up notes, and structured practice plans.
This balance of science, technique, and individual insight forms the foundation for lasting progress.
3. What a Lesson with Justin Involves
Each session begins with a TeeGo Game Evaluation to assess your current performance and patterns.
From there, I build a personalised roadmap that sets clear short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
Every session is filmed and tracked with TrackMan, ensuring that progress is measured precisely and that practice is directed with purpose.
You’ll leave each lesson with clarity on what to work on, why it matters, and how to practise effectively.
4. Your Roadmap to Improvement
Hours 1 to 4: Identify key movement patterns and establish reliable contact and ball flight
Hours 5 to 8: Build repeatable motion and refine distance, strike, and curvature control
Hours 9 to 12: Apply improved skills under pressure and on the course
Every roadmap is personal — built around your goals, schedule, and skill level.
5. Results and Proof
One of my junior students recently earned a full scholarship to the prestigious IMG program in Florida, a testament to the effectiveness of our shared commitment and training.
Players under my guidance have gone on to achieve success on the DP World Tour and beyond.
6. Background and Mentors
My approach is shaped by mentorship from Mac O’Grady, Dr Noel Blundell, and Matt Belsham — and by my own years competing at the highest level.
That experience taught me what holds up under pressure and how to balance mental clarity with technical precision.
This foundation allows me to help every golfer, regardless of experience, reach their potential.
