Calibration Screen
Sat on the calibration screen - push continue, if calibration required you’ll find a4 size boards with a number of QR looking items on around the clubhouse, hold these as close to the hitting screen as possible - for the trackman duos you’ll need to hold at two locations in line with the mountings in the ceiling.
Trackman not connecting this one you’ll have to call us on.

Ball / Hitting Area Issue
Ball not being found in the hitting area - the system looks for both ball and club so requires both to identify if you're in the right area - the screen will give you a red highlighted identifying if you're too close, too far away or to off left and right of the hitting area.
Frozen screen
Drag up from the bottom of the screen or push the windows key on the keyboard, so the toolbar is visible. Press and hold VG3 or right mouse click (green icon) close this - this will bring you back to trackman home screen - if you were in the middle of 18 do not start again, click back to the lobby, in the top right you’ll be able to resume your round when the pop up appears.
